Pietragalla, Laterza and Castellaneta Wind Farms

EDP Renewables

Pietragalla wind farm in Basilicata with 10 wind turbines VESTAS V90 of 2 MW each = 20 MW of installed power, including 30kV/150kV Substation, underground 150kV (high voltage) cable with 900m to be connected to ENEL substation, 6km of accesses and 150kV underground medium voltage cable in an extension of 10km.

30kV/150kV Substation at Avigliano in Potenza (15km from the Wind Farm) has a 20MVA transformer, control and control room. The connection between the wind farm and the substation is guaranteed by a 30kV underground medium voltage cable with 10km of extension.

Wind farms of Laterza and Castellaneta in Puglia with a total of 15 turbines of Vestas of 2 MW = 30 MW, 8 of them installed in Castellaneta and 7 in Laterza. Improvement and construction of about 16km of accesses. For the connection of the turbines to the grid, a MV/HV (30/150kV) substation was built. Installation of 35km of fiber optic cable and medium voltage cable AL-RHZ1-12/30 kV. The connection to the network is made in the existing substation located about 3,5km west of the park through TL 380kV, Matera – Taranto.
