The Seen Abidjan Hotel is being design in the commune of Plateau in the Northern Abidjan, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Plateau is the very modern business center with tall buildings in Abidjan.

The project of the building is configured with:

• A basement floor with technical spaces, staff rooms and parking spaces
• A two storey basis (ground floor and first floor) containing the common areas, service areas, meeting rooms and 12 guest rooms
• A six storey double T shaped block with 144 guest rooms

The access road, parking area, and service rooms are located in the basement floor, while the restaurant‐bar, public and conference areas are located in the South and East parts of the building on the ground and first floors.
