Open tunnel of 222m in length and inner section of 15x5m. Construction of an overpass and an underpass which provides access to an underground car park.

The extension of Av. Sá Carneiro and surrounding arrangements allows the articulation of the two existing urban networks. The two new avenues are connected through a tunnel, taking advantage of the existence of a favorable topographical situation, freeing up the paving space for the creation of an urban park.
