The project generally consists in the Automation of 55 from the 167 level crossings of the Vouga railway, Signalization of the bridge over the Vouga river in Sernada do Vouga, Installation of an automatic operation system - RESI, creation of a management system of exploitation line, appropriation of a SCADA system for viewing the states of operation of the line, Installation of communications system Hi-Fi that enables the automatic communications in the space station, between trains and local command post (PCL), in the sections of Espinho (Pk 0 +650) to Sernada do Vouga (Pk 61 +700) and Sernada do Vouga (Pk 0 +000) to Aveiro (Pk 34 +600) of Beira Baixa Line.
