Slope stabilization in Encosta das Quebradas between km 72,200 and km 72,300 of the Norte Line, in two specific zones:

• To stabilize the landslide that occurred in Zone 1, it was necessary to create two walls embedded in the Miocénico substrate, with nailing and the replacement of the most decompressed materials by rockfill. It was also necessary to rehabilitate the path and the drainage system, in order to direct the waters in a controlled manner to the existing drainage system.
• In the case of Zone 2, the entire unstable mass was removed and replaced with rockfill material (execution of a rockfill prism).
