- Installation of 230 / 138kV general infrastructure module
- Installation of 1 230 / 138kV - 100MVA three-phase transformer
- Creation of 2 Transformer Connections - TC - in double busbar arrangement with four switches, one at 138kV and the other at 230kV
- Interconnection to existing 138kV and 230kV buses
