Terra Santa Wind Farms

The Terra Santa Wind Farms are located in the municipality of Caiçara do Norte, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, with 92.3 MW of installed capacity.
The project is divided into two parks, Terra Santa I and II, with a total of 26 Siemens Gamesa SG 3.x-132 3.55MW wind turbines:
Terra Santa I
• 650 ha of area;
• 17 wind turbines, totalizing 60.35MW of installed power.
Terra Santa II
• 492 ha of area;
• 9 wind turbines, totalizing 31.95 MW of installed power.
The generated energy is collected by a 34.5 kV/69 kV step-up substation, and is sent by the 69kV Transmission Line with 25kms of extension to the João Câmara II substation, which is operated by CHESF, where the connection to the grid is made through a Connection bay.
