Construction of the Tourism Development in the Rural Space of Quinta do Saião, in Vila Nova de Foz Côa, with a view to enhancing Enotourism.
It is a project that aims at the rehabilitation, expansion and construction of new houses destined to the rural tourism of typologies from T0 to T2, in a gross building area of 1182 m².
All the intervention results from a harmonious combination of typical local and contemporary architecture, providing the infrastructure and technology that ensures comfort and safety in compliance with the regulations in force.
