Remodeling and adaptation to the new image of Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet, through the aesthetic harmonization of the building space, with the updating and requalification of common areas and circulation spaces, sanitary facilities, requalification of the two entrances to the center and food court.

 

The intervention will include the reformulation of existing floors and ceilings, alteration of shop fronts, installation of functional and decorative furniture and reinforcement of existing lighting. In addition, infrastructures will be intervened in the Food Court and sanitary facilities and the existing structure will be reinforced in a timely manner in order to respond to the active loads.
