Capuchos 78 Building

Rehabilitation of Housing Building, located at Rua de Santo António dos Capuchos, no. 78 - 80, in Lisbon.

Demolitions of the annexes and the main building were carried out, preserving the façade.

The new building is developed in 4 floors above ground floors (8 dwellings) and 1 floor in basement for parking.

All the dwellings have an outdoor area in a running balcony, as a privileged space of stay and leisure with the historical wall as a backdrop.

The garden / patio (160 m²) is a space for usufruct dedicated to the ground floor apartments.

The structure is characterized by having slabs in reinforced concrete.

A reinforced concrete blade was executed in the interior walls of the facade.

In the execution of the basement was created a wall of support throughout the periphery of the implantation of the building.

The project includes an air conditioning solution of the type "heat pump" of air condensation. The solution also integrates the production of DHW.

To ensure access between floors there is an elevator and stairs in reinforced concrete.
