The remodeling and alteration of the commercial space is mainly focused on 47 stores (7 of which are totally new and 40 are redesigned and redesigned), also focusing on store fronts and the interior of some stores, essentially resulting in the following interventions:

• Establishment of a new connecting road;
• Enlargement of the connecting road between the Praça dos Sabores and the Praça Central;
• New arrangement of Praça Central;
• New arrangement of the Praça do Elétrico / Tram Plaza;
• Full reconstruction of the main entrance area.
