Building with “Pós-Pombalina” structure, consisting of ground floor and 6 floors, with fronts to Rua do Alecrim, Rua do Ferragial and Rua de São Paulo.

The intervention consisted of the internal reformulation of the building at floors 3, 4, 5 and 6, and from the roof (proposed expansion), for residential use, (12 fractions) maintaining the current configuration of the lower floors. At the facades level, the intervention was carried out throughout the building, qualifying and preserving its image and characteristics.

Having regard to the location of the building, its configuration and visual relationship with the river and the city, and the inclusion of 12 parking spaces in the car silo of Rua do Ferragial, 42 to 44D, it was considered that the functional organization of the typologies should be oriented to the medium-high segment of the housing market.
