Spurs in Ovar

Slight rehabilitation of spurs sections and adherent longitudinal structures across the three cores built several decades ago, in the municipality of Ovar, namely Esmoriz, Cortegaça and Furadouro, as well as the rehabilitation of sections of the existing dune rows in these three urban fronts.

In Esmoriz there are two spurs along the built front, an adherent longitudinal defense of about 1.600m and several ramps to beaches, which aims to ensure the safety of people in the bathing season.

In Cortegaça there are two spurs and an adherent longitudinal structure of about 900m, as well as some ramps to beaches.

In Furadouro there are two spurs and an adherent longitudinal structure of about 800m, as well as two access ramps to the beaches.
