Santa Luzia's Urbanization - 1st phase

Anomalies correction in the Santa Luzia´s Urbanization, in the parish of Paranhos in Oporto.

The façades, roofs and interior common areas of 80 houses in 10 blocks were rehabilitated.

 

Santa Luzia's Urbanization - 2nd phase

Rehabilitation of outdoor surroundings and interior common areas of 12 housing blocks of flats consisting of 96 houses type T3, located in the Housing Estate in Paranhos parish. The intervention included works to correct the errors and eliminate their causes, particularly in stairwells and common areas, which include the closure of stairwells, placing intercoms and renovation of water supply networks, electricity, telecommunications and TV cable.

 

Santa Luzia's Urbanization – Blocks 37 to 40

Rehabilitation of the covering (vertical and horizontal), correction of anomalies found and elimination of its causes, stairs box and common areas.

Removal of asbestos cement covering and its replacement by plate sandwich.

Execution of a ETICS covering, rehabilitation of glazing by replacing the blinds and application of aluminum sills.

Closing the stairs box, placing intercoms and the reformulation of water supply systems, electricity, telecommunications and TV cable.
