Expansion of the existing building, called CC building (Edifício CC).

The works to be carried out in the building aim at its expansion in the sense that the building will have three floors.

The ground floor is intended for parking.

In the two upper floors are destined to trade/show-rooms (1st floor) and offices (2nd floor).

The building is consist of 16 spaces, 8 spaces per floor with areas of around 70 to 100m².
