Exterior and common interior areas rehabilitation 4, 6, 8 and 10, located in neighborhood Aldoar, that DomusSocial, EEM intends to execute. This housing is located in the city of Porto, parish Aldoar, in the block formed by Rua de Pelágio, Rua do Alcaide de Faria and Rua de Vila Nova.

The intervention includes the following works:

• Roofing
• Façades
• Replacement of window frames and shutters
• Common areas, including treatment of ceilings and walls, execution of pavement, closing the stairway with aluminum frame and masonry structure, metal guards, housing doors, trapdoors,
• Building infrastructure network of water supply, sewage, electrical facilities, telecommunications
• Demolition and correction of the sewerage network
• Correction of the entrance level to the buildings
• Infrastructure in common areas and inside houses (Pre-installation of television and telephone with two points).
