2 apartment blocs in Lagarteiro Neighborhood in Oporto.

The two blocks are composed by 7 buildings with 62 houses. The general intervention consists on the demolition of foreign elements to the original architecture of the buildings, treatment of concrete façades and brick facings, replacing all frames and exterior doors, laundry reconstruction-insulated by outside, unroofing and construction of new roofing system of aluminum sheet + rock-wool and implementation of new power lines, gas and ITED, replacing the water supply piping.
