The Valpaços Court Palace building is divided into three wings. Two of them have two floors and the remaining 1 floor.
The rehabilitation consists in the improvement of the thermal performance of the building, in the replacement of the exterior covering and the entire window frame, and the complete change of building facades, public support and improvement of thermal comfort, access and support facilities to disabled people.
