afaplan supervises the construction of Monsanto Urban Terrace

afaplan is the company responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of Monsanto Urban Terrace, in Porto.
The work, by the promoter Efimóveis, includes the construction of a closed condominium near the Garden of Arca d'Água, consisting of two blocks and offering a total of 106 apartments with types between T1 and T4, with parking, common areas with coworking facilities area (condominium room), rooftop lounge, themed entrance halls (Urban and Terrace), bicycle parking area and communal laundry.
The construction of this project involves an investment of 23 million euros, and its completion is scheduled for mid 2023.
