afaplan supervises construction of Elderdy Housing in Coimbra

afaplan is the company responsible for managing and supervising the construction of the SIS Group's residential structure for the elderly in Coimbra.
The work includes the construction of a residential structure for the elderly for more than a hundred residents, distributed between 80 single and 20 double rooms. The project includes the restoration and rehabilitation of an old building on the riverside of Coimbra, on Rua do Arnado, where the former Ideal factory (in the textile sector) worked, and the construction of a new building.
The completion of construction of this structure is scheduled for the end of the first half of 2022.
