afaplan wins Construir Award for Best Supervision and Coordination

Congratulations to afaplan!
On December 11, afaplan won the Jornal Construir Award in the “Engineering: Supervision and Coordination Award” with the rehabilitation of the Castilho 203 Building.
The building, promoted by Vanguard Properties, is a luxury and super-luxury residential condominium with 18 floors, 19 apartments - ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms - and 21 parking spaces. The rehabilitation of the building, with the supervision and coordination of afaplan, covers a total area of 8,550m². This building was also distinguished with the "Engineering: Best Private Project" and "Real Estate - Best Residential Building" awards.
World of Wine, a touristic project that celebrates the Port Wine industry, with the participation of afaplan in the management and supervision in various construction phases, won the Prize in the category "Architecture: Best Private Project".
With this distinction, afaplan sees its experience recognized and rewarded, in what is the fourth award given to the company.
The “Prémios Construir”, whose 13th edition was held this year, were created by the Jornal Construir with the aim of honoring and celebrating the effort and talent of companies and professionals from the various construction sectors.
