Expansion of Brumado II Substation completed

The expansion of the Brumado II Substation, located in the municipality of Brumado, state of Bahia, and owned by Neoenergia, was completed.
This expansion included the installation of a 230/138kV General Infrastructure Module, installation of 1 230/138kV three-phase transformer - 100MVA, creation of 1 Transformer Connection - TC - in a double bar crossing arrangement with four switches in 230kV, creation of 1 Transformer Connection - TC - in a double bar crossing type arrangement with four switches at 138kV and interconnection to the existing 138kV and 230kV crossings.
