Castilho 203 Building receives two SIL Awards

The Castilho 203 Building, promoted by Vanguard Properties, won two SIL Real Estate Awards, one for Best Urban Rehabilitation in the Housing category and another for Best Real Estate Development in the Housing category.
The building, which has the most expensive apartment in the country (over 7 million euros), is a luxury and super-luxury residential condominium with 18 floors, 19 apartments - ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms - and 21 parking spaces. The SIL Awards for Real Estate, which are in their tenth edition, annually distinguish the best that is done in the Portuguese real estate market. In the 2020 edition, that took place at the Lisbon International Fair - FIL between October 9th and 11th, seven awards were given, divided into three categories, "Sustainable Construction and Energy Efficiency", "Best Real Estate Development" and "Commerce, Services and Logistics".
