D. Carlos I Building wins Urban Rehabilitation Award

The D. Carlos I Building was distinguished with the Urban Rehabilitation Award 2020 in the category of “Best Structural Intervention”.
The award ceremony, an initiative by Vida Imobiliária and Promevi, took place last September 17th, with online transmission from the Paços do Concelho, in Porto. There were 76 competing projects from 18 counties in mainland Portugal and islands.
D. Carlos I Building, belonging to the real estate developer Reformosa, is located in Lisbon and is a building with 11 floors distributed by commercial space, and typologies T0, T1, T2 and T2 duplex. Find out more about this building here.
