afaplan contracted for the Lagoa dos Ventos III Wind Farm (396MW), in Piauí

afaplan was contracted for the Owner's Engineering in the implementation of the Lagoa dos Ventos III Wind Farm, in the municipalities of Lagoa do Barro, Queimada Nova and Dom Inocêncio, in Piauí. The complex will have an installed capacity of 396 MW and is owned by ENEL Green Power.
This new Park is an extension to the Lagoa dos Ventos I and II Wind Farms, which have 716 MW of installed capacity and are the largest wind project (1.1 GW) currently under construction in South America, where afaplan is the Owner's Engineering.
With this new service, afaplan once again fidelizes its relationship with ENEL Green Power as its client (it is already the 6th project of this partnership), demonstrating that the company creates conditions for high levels of trust, both commercial, technical and contractual, in a market as competitive and with a high offer as the Brazilian.
The company has been dedicated to Renewable Energies for over 15 years, having helped to install about 11,5 GW, of which 6,2 GW in Brazil (4,7 GW of Wind Farms and 1,5 GW of Solar Parks), for some of the biggest players in renewable energy generation in Brazil - EDF, ENEL, EDPR, Total Eren, Rio Energy, AES Tietê, Quadran, CSI, Neoenergia, Echoenergia, Engie, Voltalia and in the area of distributed generation Faro, Axis and Green Yellow, for which it has already provided more than one service.
