ENEL Green Power announced on June 12 the connection to the electricity grid and start-up of the expansion of the Delfina Wind Farm.

The Delfina VIII Wind Farm is an extension to Parks I to VII, whose construction was managed by afaplan in 2016 and 2017. The extension, begun in October 2018, has an installed capacity of 30MW. Know more details about this project here.
With this expansion, Delfina Wind Farm now has a total installed capacity of 210MW and is the largest wind farm in terms of installed capacity and annual output of ENEL Green Power in Brazil. The complex could generate a total of 960GWh of renewable energy each year, offsetting the emission of more than 580,000 tons of CO2.
