A'Tower: Vanguard Properties invests 30 million euros in new project

The "A'Tower", a residential tower, will be born in Lisbon, in Amoreiras, with 16 floors above ground and 34 apartments, with typologies from T1 to T5.
The promoter Vanguard Properties predicts an investment of about 30 million euros in the development of this project, which will rehabilitate an old office building that the promoter acquired in 2016.
The commercialization started at the end of November and the first building rehabilitation works are scheduled for January 2019. Prices start at 620.000 euros and the most expensive property, a penthouse located on the 15th floor, costs four million of euros.
"A'Tower", whose rehabilitation project is from the studio Saraiva + Associados, has afaplan presence in the project management phases, tender for the selection of the construction company and the construction phase.
