Timelapse construction of the Vila do Conde Retail Parque

The VCRP - Vila do Conde Retail Park project, with an area of 12,000 m2, resulted from the rehabilitation of the old El Corte Inglês Bricor building in Vila do Conde and the transformation of the new Retail Park concept with 7 stores, five of which are large stores, namely Continente Bom Dia, Radio Popular, Homa, Gato Preto and Academia de Padel Sergio Taccini, and two smaller ones, Midas and Ornimundo.
The construction work took 7 months, having been inaugurated on November 26th 2021, and had a budget of 3,600,000€.
afaplan integrated this project through Tender Management, Construction Management and Coordination, Safety Coordination and Environmental Management.
