afaplan has won three new contracts for the installation of renewable energy plants in a period of only 30 days.
Among the projects won are the solar farm of Castilho (SP), wind farm of Caetité North (BA) and solar farm of Milagres (CE).
Currently, afaplan is responsible for the engineering and construction services of mega projects, such as the Lagoa dos Ventos I, II and III wind farm (PI) and the Janaúba solar farm (MG), which contributed to a 40% increase in the company's turnover in 2021.
In all, afaplan has acted in the development of 10 GW of wind and solar projects in operation in Brazil. In the solar source alone, the company has worked on the construction of plants on the order of 3.5 GW, which represents more than 77% of the energy generated by this modal in the country. The projects were made in partnership with companies such as Brookfield, Qair, Votorantim, Mercury Renew, Enel, EDF, among others.
