Construir 2020 Award Cerimony

On September 15th, at the Pousada de Lisboa, the Construir 2020 Awards ceremony took place, which was postponed due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and whose winners were announced and announced in December 2020.
afaplan won the Supervision and Coordination award with the rehabilitation of the Castilho 203 Building, in what is the fifth award given to the company.
The building, promoted by Vanguard Properties, is a luxury and super-luxury residential condominium with 18 floors, 19 apartments - ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms - and 21 parking spaces. The rehabilitation of the building, with the supervision and coordination of afaplan, covers a total area of 8,550m². This building was also distinguished with the "Engineering: Best Private Project" and "Real Estate - Best Residential Building" awards.
At the ceremony and to receive the award, engineers Ana Oliveira and António Caeiro were present, who were an integral part of the afaplan team in this project, whose work, experience and dedication contributed so much to its undisputed success.
